Quality assurance
For us, quality is the measure and the goal of our efforts; we look to make our products, our consultation, our reliability and our service available to the customer in the best possible way.
We are conscious of our responsibility for the quality of our products, used as they are in technologically sophisticated constructions. We are therefore certified by the DQS (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifikierung von Qualitätssystemen, German Association for the Certification of Quality Systems) as conforming to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
This means that defined and transparent processes and clear responsibilities guarantee problem-free procedures and a customer-oriented approach, and at the same time reliability of delivery due to optimum management of resources.
Also, in order to guarantee the required high quality of our products, which have to meet national and international standards, we have made monitoring agreements with test institutes within Germany and abroad. Our products, for instance, have been approved by the "DIBT" (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik, German Institute of Building Technology) and the "DVGW" (Deutscher Verein des Gas-und Wasserfachs e.V. - German Association for the Gas and Water Industries). Monitoring of our products is carried out, for example, by the German "Engler-Bunte-Institut" and the "Polymerinstitut", as well as by the Belgian "COPRO" institute and the Austrian "TGM".
We ensure that we keep to the required product quality by constant testing, accompanying the production process, in our quality testing laboratory. As well as staffing by qualified experts, the best possible equipping of the laboratory is part of the testing process.
But our production staff, too, have been trained to carry out and evaluate straightforward quality-relevant tests and put such evaluations into practice during the manufacturing process.
Certification means that we not only meet the basic demands of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, but have also included environmental protection and operational safety in our quality management system. On the one hand, this ensures that we take into account all statutory provisions and codes of practice. On the other, we also take all necessary steps to provide our staff with an optimum, safe working environment. At the same time, our risk management ensures that we are able to provide our customers, alongside the statutory safety data sheets and compliance with regulations on dangerous goods, with further relevant information on questions of safe product handling and storage.
