BUTYLEN-Tape N60
Asymmetrically structured butyl rubber tape with overstretch prevention layer.
BUTYLEN-Tape N60 will amalgamate in the overlap area and between the individual wrapping layers.
A sleeve-like coating is the result, practically impermeable to water vapor and oxygen. The thick gray butyl adhesive layer means that the tape conforms particularly well to the structure of the underlying layer (e.g. welding beads and the edges of factory coatings).
BUTYLEN-Tape S20
Asymmetrical 3-ply synthetic tape with a polyethylene carrier film coated on both sides with a permanently plastic, butyl rubber base synthetic compound. BUTYLEN-Tape S20 will amalgamate with the inner layer of BUTYLEN-Tape N60 and between the individual wrapping layers to form a sleeve-like, diffusion resistant and mechanically highly stable coating.
